A Handshake that Builds Futures
Networking goes beyond business cards—it’s about guidance, growth, and giving back. With this belief, JBN Chennai launches PAGARIYA JBN HANDSHAKE, a structured mentoring program designed to bridge the gap between experienced achievers and aspiring members.
Objective
- To provide JBN members with personalized guidance from industry leaders and successful entrepreneurs.
- To create a culture of mentorship, learning, and mutual growth.
- To help members accelerate their journey through the right connections, insights, and strategies
How It Works
- Mentor Pool – Senior and accomplished JITO/JBN members or any other renowned personality volunteer as mentors.
- Mentee Selection – Interested members apply, sharing their focus areas (business growth, leadership, networking, or personal development).
- Matching Process – The committee pairs mentees with suitable mentors based on expertise and goals.
- The Handshake – A formal kick-off where mentor and mentee commit to a 30-day mentorship journey.
- Engagement
- Weekly 1-to-1 mentoring sessions.
- Guidance on business strategies, referrals, personal branding, and leadership skills.
- Access to mentor’s network for possible introductions.
- Review & Recognition – At the end of the cycle, mentees share their learnings and achievements. Outstanding mentor-mentee pairs will be recognized at JBN events
Program Highlights
- Exclusive to JBN Chennai Members – Focused on strengthening the community.
- Structured & Time-bound – 30 to 60 day program with defined goals.
- Win-Win Proposition – Mentors gain recognition for giving back; mentees gain direction for growth.
- Confidential & Trust-based – A safe space for honest conversations.
Guidelines
- Participation is voluntary, but commitment is mandatory.
- Confidentiality must be respected by both mentor and mentee.
- No financial or commercial obligations between mentor and mentee.
- The committee’s decision will be final in mentor-mentee allocation.
